Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution is an exfoliant targeted at the surface of the skin. It helps improve skin clarity, balance uneven skin tone, and correct texture over time. This formula contains a Tasmanian Pepperberry derivative of plant origin which varies in colour seasonally and this colour variation may be apparent in the formula from time to time.
This formula should not be used on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Please refer to additional sun protection note and other warnings in provided directions.
This pH of this formula is approximately 3.6. Glycolic Acid has a pKa of 3.6 and pKa is the most important aspect to consider in formulating with acids. pKa implies acid availability. When pKa is close to pH, there is an ideal balance between salt and acidity, maximizing effectiveness of the acid and reducing irritation.

Directions
Use ideally in the PM. no more frequently than once per day. After cleaning. saturate a cotton pad with the formula and sweep across face and neck. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes. Do not rinse off. Continue with additional skin treatments as needed. If persistent irritation occurs. discontinue use and consult a physician. (Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen. wear protective clothing. and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards. Use only as directed. Contact of the product with the skin must be of limited frequency or duration.)

Good toner
I use it twice a week after cleansing, the other nights I still have to finish up my Clinique toner first.
It tingles a bit but no drastic reaction on my face. I’ll know if it’s good after I finished using the whole bottle.

Smaller than it use to be. If you’re going to make the product much smaller, at least sell it for half the price. This product doesn’t even last that long compared to how long it use to

This product is EXTRA ordinary
Over 65 and decided to ditch the last 45 years of same products. The Ordinary is anything but! In 4 days of using nightly there is is a noticeable difference in my skin- clearer-and overall so much better!

Outrageous shrikflation. Poor showing by the Ordinary to reduce the volume of their product so drastically with the price reflecting the change.

Odor miracle (toning solution)
I bought this and immediately used it on my armpits with a cotton pad. Instantly got rid of my odor. Ppl say they don't smell it but If I smell it ik others around me do to. I'm so relieved. I feel more confident to lift my armpits.

Not for a dry skin
It made my skin dull and natural glow is gone. I have used only for 3 times. Not recommended for dry skin and acne skin. It took me more than 2 weeks to get back my normal tone.

The project has been shrunk over half!
I’ve been buying this product for years, I just re ordered it and the quantity has been reduced substantially… but the price hasn’t changed much. Shrinkflation at its worst!

#1 product that I (and everyone else) can tell a major difference between when I use it consistently and when I don't. At my worst, I am an oily, large pores, acne prone skin type with irregular textures...when I use this consistently (as part of my night time routine to avoid the sun) my skin is smooth, even (clearing up dark spots from acne), bright and GLOWING. I even get complements from men (who know nothing about skin care) about how I'm glowing and how great my skin looks. Staple product <3
