Dual Eye Cream
This product was actually lifting my saggy upper eyes! And then the burning starting. I stopped using it immediately but got a severe chemical burn. I'm not really posting to complain but be careful. What i want to complain about is the lack of information about the strength of the retinal. I may try retinol again at a lower strength but can't find anything about the strength of the dual eye cream.

upper eye gel great, under eye cream caused milia
I like the feel of this duo, but the packaging is not good. It's hard for tubs of cream to stay "clean" even with freshly washed hands-tubes are more sanitary. Also the cream for under eye area contains isopropyl myristate which is an occlusive-it clogs pores. It has caused milia in lower lash area. I love other ROC products and will find something else to use.

Great product, horrible packaging!!
Bought this and used for maybe 3 days and the little tab broke off the lid making it impossible to open, with the little tab broke off it causes the 2 separate products to mix.. very frustrating.

Loved the eye lid gel!
I loved the eye lid gel, it really tightened my top lid! It did turn to water after i opened it though. It was a bit thicker the first time i used it, so im not sure what happened. I didnt notice any change in my bottom lid.
The packaging is a disaster! the tab broke off the top cap making it hard to get to the creams. Also the outer packaging was flaking off! It got stuck on my fingers, and got on my face! Please fix the packaging!

Great product but horrible packaging
ROC makes good products. No complaints on that front. This product is pricey, but I thought I’d try. Sorry to say, but this is horrible packaging. As a woman who travels, this container doesn’t keep the two products separate, even with the plastic cover, and keeping the jar upright as much as possible. Worse yet, the plastic tab broke off making it impossible to add and remove cover. My two products are now co-mingled. Would never buy an again, especially at this price point.

Glitter?!?
I love the dual moisturizers for the eyes. However the packaging needs to be fixed! I couldn’t figure out how I was getting flakes of silver on my fingers and face and once in my eye till I realized it’s the outer packaging ! And it is happening on every product of ROC I own. Please look into your packaging as this can be extremely dangerous and it’s quite annoying to have to dig at your face to get the silver glitter flakes off.

The dual eye cream lid and under eye.
I loved it. Dont put but a dab on top lids. My under eyes were less dark. And crows feet softened so nicely. I love it. And i have dark under eyes. Kinda pricey but not as high as some shops I've priced. I love it.
