The multi-active formula contains 8 key technologies:

Not for me
I've always struggled with dry skin, and because I use retinol, I can sometimes have skin barrier issues, so this product seemed promising. I worked up to using it regularly over two months or so, but ultimately, I found it irritating and drying. My skin improved once I removed it from circulation. It's promising, but just not for me for some reason.

Ineffective and Irritating
I bought this last month to try for my red, sensitive skin. I tried it once a day and it didn't get rid of any redness or soothe the skin at all. Graduated to twice a day, morning and evening, after cleansing. Still no getting rid of redness or soothing at all. If anything, it stung a bit. Eventually, after 3 or 4 weeks, I gave up. Never did anything to soothe or get rid of any redness. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

My favorite serum!
This is something amazing.. The serum doesn’t irritate the skin, it’s super smooth and light. I can see the difference almost immediately after applying! Like after 3 or 4 days of usage my skin became very nourished and smooth, without imperfections. Sooo recommended!
I have combined skin type: oily nose, forehead area, but dry cheeks. Sometimes I have acne. In my skincare routine I also use retinol and hydrating creams.

Unexpected yet SO satisfied!
I (33) got the serum from my cousin (30) who tried it first but left her skin irritated. We both uses Ordinary products, so I'm willing to give this one a try (and hey free stuff!)
My combination skin has been damaged for months now with acne prone area on my cheeks, congestion, flakiness, and textures irregularities on my skin barrier. I managed to calm it down most of the time so it left me mostly on red acne scars & dryness. I decided to put it on a test in my AM/PM routine yesterday, and I woke up this morning with a HUGE improvement, I was shooked. My skin was so hydrated, the flakiness is 90% gone as well as the redness from the scars only from 1 day of use! No product has worked with this clear result before, at least for me. Will continue using it as it looks very promising!
I gave it 4 stars as it didn't really worked on my cousin but did wonders for me, which I personally think is a 10/10. Love it!

The best for dry skin!
Currently on Epuris and needed something to help my dry skin. This collection works perfectly and keeps my skin feeling hydrated even after a long day/ in the morning. Highly recommend for individuals struggling with overly dry skin!!

Drying and disappointing
I bought this product because my skin barrier was in shambles after over exfoliating. I had actually ceased all exfoliation and was in the process of seeing improvements to the hydration of my skin when I purchased this product. I thought it would be like....the boost I needed for my skin to go back to normal. Instead, what I saw was my skin becoming MORE dry then when I first started using it, and I noticed some textural irregularities on my cheeks that weren't there before. This is definitely the most disappointed I've ever been in an Ordinary product.

Lightweight serum, but redness hasn’t gone away
I bought this a couple of months ago, and I really wanted to believe my face was getting less red, but I still have that redness in my cheeks and nose. Not so much on my forehead though.
