Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of my must haves! I've been using this product for probably 3-4 years. I have dry skin and have had a longstanding issue with acne. I use a retinol product and I find this to be a really good complement to that. I find that it has helped balance oil production and reduce inflammation. It's one of my must haves! Another note, because it is a "brightening" chemical, it's also really reduced the freckles on my face - whether that's a benefit or drawback will depend on you, I guess, but worth noting because I was a bit surprised by it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can Niacinamide serum made in Italy? Recently I bought The Ordinary Niacinamide serum 10% 30ml, it shows that it is made in Italy. As long as I know it is normally made in Canada. Please let me know if it is a fake or original.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very bad OK, so when I started using this product, I thought that it would work really good because I had a lot of bumps and whiteheads under my lips and my chin. One of my friends recommended me to get this because of the whiteheads under my lips and my chin so I started using it yeah I kind of burn but I noticed I started getting a whole lot of bumps on my face like a lot of bumps. My whole face was covered in bumps because of this products and I didn’t know what was going on so soon as I stop the bump started going away, so I know for sure that this product isn’t terrible. I would not recommend anybody using this for their face like I thought that this was for your face they all recommending it for my face and for my whitehead, but it didn’t work for anything Just made my skin worse I would love a refund. I would love my money back, but that’s fine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I DON'T recommend for sensitive skin. I used it for the first time and my face glowed, so I thought nothing of it. The more I used it, the more I started to notice that my face felt numb. I could drag my finger on my cheek and barely feel it. I also started to get small multiple tiny bumps on my cheeks. Don't always listen to influenced products. They want money. Everybody's skin is different.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing results! I was struggling to find anything that would help reduce the redness on one side of my face. After using this product, within a few days my skin was clear, even and felt amazing. Definitely recommend this product if you have stubborn spots and want proven results.

Does this cause purging

Asked by: Fariyha
Hi, Niacinamide is not an exfoliant and so should not cause purging in the skin. Please do contact the brand directly for further advice. Thanks, Isabelle.

I personally didn’t find that it did. For me it helped reduce breakouts and control oil without being too drying.

Hi, can this product be used with the ordinary azelaic acid suspension? And if so what order should they be used in? Thanks

Asked by: Anonymous
Hi there, The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% can be used with the The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%, you would apply the Niacinamide first am only and then followed by the Azelaic Acid am and used without Niacinamide pm. Hope this helps! Many thanks Katie, Beauty Expert.
