Directions
Dry styling: Relaxed Waves on Short Hair
1. Prep - Mist the hair with ghd bodyguard heat protect spray.
2. Hair Section - take a medium section.
3. Place ghd mini horizontally into the hair.
4. Rotate the styler a half turn in the hair, glide 1 inch down and then return back to your starting position.
5. Continue this technique until all the hair is styled.
6. Finish - spray ghd perfect ending hair spray onto ghd the all rounder brush. Brush through to dress.

Perfectly Petite :)

Mini slim professional slim straightener
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mini slim plate stylers are great for travelling stylish compact and from a great brand, I found my hair was to long for these straightener that are for short hair and fringes as my hair got caught a couple of times when I was using them, my friend tried them as her hair is short and she said they were easy to use. Can be used to straighten your hair if or curl or waves They have slim Dual-Zone technology and a handy cover to place over the end of the straighter so they can be put away straight away without he need to wait for them to cool down. Also for extra security they automatically turn off if not used for 30mins

Perfect for short or thin hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I have given this 4 stars is because it’s not quite suitable for my hair. That doesn’t mean it’s not a great product though.
I have coloured, very thick, long and frizzy hair and this product have given me the sleekest and straightest hair I’ve had in a long time! Before straightening I used the GHD heat protect spray which I always find helps my hair to be even smoother when straightening it.
Although it was a little time consuming because of the smaller plate size I’m used to, once sectioned it means every strand of hair is being styled.
The plates ran through my hair very smoothly and didn’t drag at all.
I am someone who tends to wear my hair naturally and my hair type is curly/wavy. These straighteners would be perfect to “top up” and curl any pieces of hair that are straighter than the others. I did test curling part of my hair and found it to be very easy and I’m usually someone that struggles to curl hair with straighteners.
They're also great for styling your fringe/bangs quickly and efficiently.
The straighteners are very lightweight with a generous wire that’s long enough to plug into your nearest socket. It would be perfect to travel with because of size and another plus is that it’s very lightweight. They also turn on and heat up within seconds!
Overall, I think these mini straighteners would be much more suited to someone with shorter or thinner hair than myself. A brilliant product that I would definitely recommend.

The best mini straighteners you could ever buy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my mini straighteners for a couple of weeks and I absolutely love them. They are perfect for my fringe and really get to my roots. I have fine hair so don’t struggle with getting the mini straighteners through it. I use them every morning for a freshen up of my hair and my hair is so soft after. They are the perfect size to taking on holiday especially if you have just hand luggage.

Great for shorter hair!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have very small plates, which means they are really good in some ways but not so helpful in others.
Pro's: The straighteners heat up to a high temperature very quickly, which is great. The plates allowed me to get closer to the root of my hair in comparison to those with wider plates, this meant I had a much smoother look when wearing my hair down at the parting (usually I am always unhappy with this part of my look!). They're also great for curling hair, I managed to achieve some very nice ringlets with these straighteners, great for a special occasion! They come with a really long lead and a silicone cover that protects surfaces from the heat after you've finished with them.
Con's: I have quite long hair, that is very thick and frizzy, as the plates are fairly small it did take a long time to straighten all of my hair. Wider plates are much easier for this, but also have other drawbacks!
Ultimately, for my length and thickness of hair, these work well in conjunction with my regular GHD straighteners, but if I had shorter hair I would have given them the full five stars!

Surprised how good they turned out to be
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't wait to try the GHD Mini, I have a lot of fine short hair around my hairline which larger size straighteners struggle with. I wanted to try the mini multiple times, to see the how well they performed. My hair from blow drying to straightening normally takes 45 minutes. My hair is naturally very curly, especially my roots and large straighteners don't really get it as straight or as flat as i would like. I straightened the whole of my shoulder length bleached hair. My roots and hairline came out very straight, like when i have had a relaxer or fresh keratin treatment. I was very pleased with the outcome. I was able to get very close to my roots, which is why i wanted to try these minis. It took 35 minutes from blow drying to straightening, which is great.
I would definitely recommend these minis for short hair, or for hair that is curly and you want your roots to lay flat and straight.
The only criticism I have is the Mini straighteners are very plastic in build quality, and as a result don't feel premium which GHD products are.

Perfect for shorter hairstyles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had bob-length hair and solely used GHD straighteners since they were first released, but I have never tried the mini plate stylers for shorter hair until now.
I have fine wavy hair and use GHD straighteners to either enhance my waves or straighten.
The new Mini Styler heated up so quickly and the nice ready tone they make are a lovely feature to let you know they are at temperature.
I washed my hair on day one and used the stylers to smooth and straighten. The smaller plates work so much better for my shorter hair in comparison to the regular size. They allowed much more styling capability especially on the really short bit of hair on the base or my neck.
My hair felt smooth and glossy all day.
On day two I decided to use the stylers to create some waves, and once again the smaller waves allowed much more flexibility when creating curls. The waves were much tighter, and once again my hair looked healthy and shiny.
I would definitely recommend the Mini styler for shorter hairstyles. I look forward to trying different techniques with them in the future.

Finally it's here!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this straightener.
I have been lucky to receive it before cutting my hair so I tried it on both my long hair and then once I have cut it. It works well on both but of course it took more time to style my long hair compared to when using the platinum one. One advantage though is that because it has thinner plates it forces you to select a smaller section of hair each time with a nice silky result at the end.
On short hair is excellent especially the fringe as it allows to be more precise.
The heating up time is quite fast, you can't really notice any difference from the other types. The straightener itself is lighter than the platinum one so it is also perfect for travelling.
