It is sheer and translucent, and it does help mattify some of the shine from foundations that leave more if a “glow”, so a few stars for that.

Perfect Setting Powder

I feel like they changed this product. It used to be my favorite powder because it gave me a lovely matte finish and you could not tell I was wearing powder. Then the last time I bought it you could clearly see I was wearing powder. It seems like Ilia has been changing their products lately. I used to love them because they really were products that made a difference but it didn't look like you were wearing anything, the whole thing is skin that looks like skin. But it seems like now it's just skin that obviously has makeup on it. It's just the same as other brands now and I'm so disappointed.
