Disappointed!
I have wavy and frizzy hair the wet mode adds unnecessary volume and dry mode doesn’t seem to work on my hair type it goes about saying it was a wrong purchase doesn’t deliver what is promised.

Expensive for what it does
Does what it says, but quite noisy. My hair doesn’t straighten with the heated blades. But I use it for finishing off drying my hair. Quite expensive for what it does.

Pleased with this
I have mid length frizzy from colouring hair and this gives it a lovely smooth finish. It is tricky at first but a couple of goes and it’s relatively easy to use. A little on the weighty side so no good if you suffer from arthritis ect. but in the whole, a very decent product.

The best hair styler I have ever used.
I’ve had my shark since January and it is now an essential part of my daily routine . I use it to dry my shoulder length hair and then style it . My hair has never looked better or been in better condition . No more split ends from too hot hair dryers and tongs . I haven’t used my hairdryer since I bought it. I take it everywhere, it’s perfect for holidays but I always pack it in my hand luggage , I wouldn’t risk losing it .
It’s no noisier than my old hair dryer and it’s much quicker to use . The only down side is it’s a little heavy but I am now use to that .

A little dissapointed
I used to use a Babylis hot air brush, it was great but kept breaking, so I went for this hoping it would be more reliable, can't comment on the reliability but it just doesn't suit my hair like my old styler, and as stated in other reviews very bulky to use and so noisy, such a shame as I love my other shark products.

Disappointed and not as smoothing
I had high hopes for this styler after reading all the reviews and watching tutorials. Sadly the only positive for me is the quick drying time but it leaves my hair a frizzy dry mess. The smoothing side of the barrel is okay but doesn’t grip my hair very well (my hair is fine) and the barrel is too large to get a really good grip on my hair - the handle is also on the larger side so not comfortable to hold onto and the noise! When going from wet to dry it’s so noisy, you need earplugs. Sadly another gadget I probably won’t have much use of and have gone back to my GHD’s to get a nice smooth and straight finish.
