Directions

Awful
I switched to Olaplex to try a "cleaner" product, and it was huge mistake. My lashes looked great with my last product, but after two months of Olaplex, they have almost ALL fallen out or broken off. It's so sad. It's worse than doing nothing! My lashes have never looked so short and so bad :(

Loosing my eyelashes
I started using this product about 3 weeks ago, and now, not only my eyelashes are not growing, but they are falling like crazy!!! So disappointed!!!

The best
I’ve bought both Rodan & Fields and another eyelash product by Rx. Both left the area around my eye dark reddish brown, looking like I was extremely tired and sad. The R&F also cause itching and irritation. Olaplex lash bond was simply terrific. No redness or itching. I’ve used 1.5 tubes and noticed about a week ago that my eyelashes looked longer and thicker. Not spidery or forest-like, just naturally beautiful. My eyelashes have improved drastically. I will continue to use Olaplex 2X daily. For reference I’m 77 years old and never have had such beautiful lashes since menopause at 44 when a lot of skin, hair related problems began.

Just OK, No Noticeable Difference
Just OK. I had to stop using the lash products with prostaglandin because it gave me dark undereye circles that I NEVER had prior. Great lash results, ultimately not worth it for the dark circles. I wanted to switch to a form of lash serum that did not use prostaglandin, so decided to spend the money on this product.
Unfortunately, the Olaplex serum did little to nothing for lash growth for me. I could stop using it entirely and my lashes will probably look exactly the same after a few weeks. It's a bummer, I guess you can't have the good without the bad... I won't be re-investing when my current tube runs out.

Gave me an eye infection
I used it as directed for about 1 month and my lashes did look good. But then it gave me a horrible eye infection. I’d read the warnings about lash serums, I ignored them but now I’ll leave them well alone.

Very disappointing
I have been using the Lashbond religiously twice a day for the last 5 weeks, I have followed the instructions to the letter in the hope that I will see results and sadly, my eyelashes have not grown at all, in fact, they almost seem shorter and less full.
I had really high expectations for this product after using the shampoo and conditioner on my hair which has been amazing.
I am so disappointed.

Eyelashes have improved with this serum
I have reordered the Olaplex lash building serum as have been so impressed with the improvement in my eyelashes since I started using it at the beginning of the year.

is it safe for pregnant/nursing women?
What if, like all other lash products I have tried, it causes my eyes to become inflamed, red and sore? Do you have a return policy?
Can you use the lash serum if you have lash extensions?
Why not apply to lower lid?
Regarding the lash serum, does it leave any skin discoloration at the lash line like other last serums.

After waiting the 90 seconds after applying the serum to upper lashes, is it ok to apply eye creams/serums? Will it interfere with the efficacy of the product?
