What it is: A brightening eye primer that helps depuff, absorb oil, and lock shadows into place.

Highlighted Ingredients:
- Arnica: Helps to reduce redness and visible puffiness on eyelids.
- Rosehip: Soothes skin and reduces redness.

Ingredient Callouts: Free of sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, and triclocarban. This product is also vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free, and comes in recyclable packaging.

What Else You Need to Know: This vegan eye primer glides on a brightening base that keeps oil at bay, intensifying color and keeping eyeshadow and liner in place all day.

Directions

Suggested Usage:
-Dab onto eyelids and blend out using finger.

Both are easy to use with my fingers then dries quickly and stays all day. I did think it gave a bit of brightness by itself before I added the shadow. The combo gave me 16+ hours of wear.
