I used this amazing Creme for many years prior to Covid, since then its not been available yet it keeps showing its out of stock when clearly you no longer produce and advertise it as out of stock!

Doesn’t worth to buy.
I bought this product for the first ( and the last) time. This product make my hair greasy and doesn’t style them at all. It was a mistake to buy it. I wouldn’t recommend this product. It doesn’t do the job and doesn’t worth the money I paid.

Great product; hugely wasteful packaging
I've used the product for 20+ years and it's still my favourite.
BUT -= Kiehl's! Your packaging is the most wasteful I've ever seen! You shipped a small, non-fragile product in a HUGE presentation box of heavy cardboard. And then you packed that inside another large cardboard box! What a waste. I won't shop online with you again until you change this.

Frustrating
Excellent product but getting sick and tired of the lies, excuses and now total silence as to when it’s likely to be back in stock. You do know so why not share with your loyal customers? And if you claim to not know then that is acutely embarrassing for a company of Kiehls stature.

Bring it back!!
Like so many here, I have been using this product for 20+ years. There is nothing else like it (and I have tried the alternatives). Please please either bring it back or be transparent with your customers that it has been discontinued.
The alternative product you have been recommending is a leave-in conditioner, not the same thing at all.

Greatest hair product ever… but…
It hasn’t been in stock for over a year now. I’m guessing it’s made from Russian wheat or made over there? Seems a shame to not be able to switch production elsewhere.

Once you apply to hair do.you rinse off
I use this product because have grey hair and it is very course, I apply it to damp hair and this product makes my hair very soft. use as much as you need, this would be trial and error. You do not rinse the product out, hair will dry and look fabulous.
