Enrich the atmosphere with a captivating warmth. The golden sap of the Namibian myrrh tree harvested in the desert, mingles with warm vanilla notes of the tonka bean. Includes 10 rattan reeds to release scent continuously. For optimum effect use all 10 simultaneously.
Directions
Place reeds into the oil, then allow 24-36 hours for the fragrance to diffuse for the continuous Scent Surround experience. Fragrance will last for around 3-4 months. Your diffuser will come with 10 reeds. We advise using all 10 at once for optimal diffusion.

Can hardly smell it

Deceiving Product / Brand
I bought this product once, shipped from England. It was very good, tried to repurchase it 6 months later, and this time shipped from TN, USA. It was perfume water, literally. No smell no breeze no nothing. You have to shove your nose down the bottle to be able to smell anything. They issued my refund but still it is not on my account, so I doubt it has been done. Never again!

Sooooo bad
Got this as a Christmas gift and I know he spent a lot on it but it smells of absolutely nothing !!!! How have you achieved that !!!! It would be funny if it wasn't so disappointing . The emperor's new clothes in smell form . The only way you'll smell it is ,if like me you keep switching the reeds round in a vain hope of getting a whiff and get a bit on your hand , you will then get a slight , and I mean slight smell on your hand if you bring it to your face to sniff . I defo want a refund on this crap !!! I've also noticed your fragrances getting weaker and weaker . I'd never buy anything agin from Jo Malone . Also everyone is saying the same and are you just doing nothing about it ?

Smells great
I love the smell of this diffuser, I do wish it had more throw. I had it in a somewhat open space and could not smell it. I moved it to the small powder room and it is the perfect amount of smell in there.

Shocking.
Extremely disappointed. This is my second myrrh and tonka diffuser, the first one was amazing - I even wrote a review expressing how pleasantly surprised I was. This time round however hasn't been the same experience. It has absolutely no scent throw unless you pick it up to smell it. Im even more disappointed having messaged customer care explaining the situation and all they're suggesting is for me to return the diffuser for them to decide if the item is faulty or not, suggesting they potentially doubt me. On top this it would be Taking up my time and money. I have bought time and time again from jo malone and this is not the quality of product not the customer care I expect. The prices keep going up and up and the quality going down and down. Don't waste your money & find a better luxury diffuser to spend your money on!

There is no smell at all unless you are standing 10cm away from it.

Disappointed
Unless you are standing right beside this diffuser you won't smell it. I asked in store and was told it took time due to the diffuser reeds being so thick but I've had it a while now and no real smell off it. Disappointed considering the price.
