Love it!
This is my second GHD flat iron. I used my first one for several years before cleaning hairspray from the plates. Apparently, I go moisture in it. I decided I wouldn't choose another brand because I love my first one so much. So far, so good!

Quality has massively deteriorated!
I’ve used GHDs for years, never used any other straighteners so when my old ones packed in a few weeks ago, I ordered a new pair and I was shocked. They are such poor quality these days, they feel cheap and light. The plates aren’t flush so get hair trapped underneath and when they arrived the box was totally bashed and half open! Really disappointed for the price and will look elsewhere in future.
