This conditioner bar is specially formulated for curls with a delicious blend of hydrating ingredients; shea butter, jojoba & cocoa butter for soft hair and crisp, defined curls.
Nourishing castor oil gently cleanses without drying, making this a fantastic bar for co-washing too.

Directions
- Wet hair & gently squeeze out excess water.
- Slide the bar several times along the lengths of hair.
- Put the bar down.
- To use as conditioner: Put the bar down & distribute through hair with fingertips or a wide-toothed comb. Leave for 1-2 min, then rinse.
- To use as a co-wash, gently massage the scalp to ensure dirt & oils are removed. Rinse well. Repeat if desired.
We highly recommend using a foaming shampoo (such as Professor Curl) once every 3-4 weeks to prevent the risk of fungal infections.

Best Bar Conditioner for Curly Hair
First of all, the lemongrass scent is so lovely. The bar is is so moisturizing too: on a scale of 1-10 where 10 would be like a deep conditioning treatment, I would put this at about a 7-8, which is well above any other conditioner bar I've tried (e.g. Lush American Cream). I lather the bar into my hair until the strands feel slippery, massage it into the scalp for the cowash element, then comb it through. I wait for a bit before washing it out. I have repurchased the Curliosity bar easily a dozen times, along with the Professor Curl shampoo. On my short hair (cheekbone length), I'd say one bar lasts about six months. My holy grail bar conditioner, no question.

Dozens of products

Not a great smell
I tried this (and will use it up to make sure I don't waste it) and while it's too soon to say if it's doing anything new for my hair, I will say that the smell is not for me. The combination of coconut and lemongrass just makes me think of cooking curry and while the smell doesn't linger when washed out, it's a little offputting to me. It's a shame that there aren't alternative smells for the curliosity line.

Curly Girl and Loving It!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very hesitant to jump on the shampoo and conditioner bar band wagon as I was very concerned about that rubbery, squeaky clean feel that traditional bars have been known to leave behind. HOWEVER, THESE BARS... AMAZING. Call be a full convert!!! The Curliosity Conditioner Bar is truly a wonderful product for curly hair. This bar leaves my hair soft, hydrated, and light. My scalp is fat from squeaky and feels lovely. My curls have never been better and I feel that I am able to use less products to style. The bar produces beautiful curls when used as a leave-in after a deep condition with the bar (Curliosity left in for 10-15 minutes, rinsed out, then light application as leave-in).

Didn't Care for it
