Finally an eyeliner I love
I love the way this eye liner goes on. It is smooth and easy to apply. It goes over the creases around my eyes so much better than any other eyeliner I have ever used. It sharpens just fine too. I ordered 2 more because I am concerned, they will discontinue it at some point.

Best eyeliner
I'm so happy I purchased this eyeliner and did not listen to the nay sayers. It goes on so smoothly and lasts all day. It is easily smudged if needed, and is absolutely no problem at all to sharpen!! (I use Estée Lauder's pencil sharpener). I like this eyeliner so much, that I recently purchased two more (in different colors).

Disappointed
Loved this pencil until it wore down and needed to be sharpened. Pencil will not sharpen even with Estee sharpener. The outer pencil so hard it just breaks and splinters the pencil. I am very disappointed ☹️would never buy again and I think Company should not be promoting this pencil. Wish I had read other reviews before buying too

Poor quality
I loved this until I had to sharpen it. It just fell apart. I used the Estée Lauder sharpener that I purchased to go with it.

Wonderful colors
I really like this pencil. It applies really well and is very smooth. I did not have issues sharpening it, I use the recommended sharpener and rotate the pencil very slow not to break the tip. The colors are beautiful and well matched. So far, no complains!

Best eyeliner ever!
Most eyeliners "tug" on my lids, and don't go on smoothly. I purchased the Smoke and Brighten about a month ago, and it's my new favorite! I'm using the dark chocolate/bronze. I use the bronze on my top lid in the inner corner, and bottom right in the outer corner to make my eyes sparkle! And the dark chocolate I use for the wing (top lid outer corner to about center). I use a shadow brush to smudge out the darker color and give my eyes the Smokey effect! The liner stays soft enough to work with. Most others dry as soon as you apply. My liner came with a sharpener, and I've had no issues sharpening. Even sharpens to a fine point (accidentally sharpened too well lol). Love love love it and plan on purchasing again, may try another color next time!

BORDEAUX/IVORY My new GOTO
I absolutely love the BORDEAUX/IVORY. It stays in place all day. Goes on smoothly and the colour I find to be true and they go together so well. I loved it so much I did on bother with eyeshadow. Planning on purchasing more in the future
