Directions
Holding the applicator like a brush, draw a line along the lash line, sticking as close to it as possible. Adjust length and thickness as desired. Brush over with a liner sealer for instant waterproofing.

Precision at best
This has a tiny brush which I love as you can change up the look from a full eyelash base to a thick wing. I haven't needed to look else where and would purchase again.

Not bad
I accidentally bought this instead of a marker eyeliner. I did not like it because I found it made my eyelashes clumpy after word but I do not know if it was this one specifically or this type. However it has great pigmentation

Okaaay ELF!
So,I've used their other liquid eyeliner for YEARS! But decided to give this one a try and it did not disappoint!
The color is more pigmented, last longer than the other one. It also didn't flake off you go over it a few times like the other formula. And it last longer than the other one as well!! I think if your a beginner the other formula is better to use. And once you have advanced your cat eye skills, this is the one you should use!!

Brush Came Bent!
Excited to try it, but when I opened it to first use it, the "precision" brush tip was completely bent deeming it completely useless. Very disappointing!
