Directions
Apply a thin, even amount to clean, moisturized skin prior to makeup application. Allow to set for 30 seconds before applying foundation.

Brightens My Day!
My skin is dry and can look dull and lifeless, but this putty primer really brightens me up. I like to use it in the center of my face (middle of forehead, chin, nose, around eyes, etc.). It leaves me looking dewy and luminous. I haven't noticed the sparkle other reviewers have mentioned - it just brightens things up for me.

The Smoothest Primer
This is my priming routine:
Moisturize and set with e.l.f. loosing setting powder
Spray lightly with e.l.f. setting spray
Apply primer all over face and apply foundation
And my makeup stays in place and is flawless all day. I could not recommend this more.

Gentle healthy glow
I bought this with the pore less putty primer.
The luminous one I use for the cheek area and under eye area. I have very sensitive eyes. This product is soothing and lovely to use. I can use it and not have foundation but if I’m going to work I put a bit of foundation on and with the primer underneath my skin looks pretty good.

Not for me
Upon first opening this product, it was very stiff and almost hard in the container. Does not spread easily, no matter how or what I use to apply it. Brush, finger, whatever. Made it impossible to get an even coverage. Will not be purchasing again. I have MANY elf products that I use. This just wasn't too my liking.

Luminous primer
While I do live the price and the fact that this product is non comedogenic, it has a little too much sparkle effect for me, so I just use it sparingly and it works great. I have bought the Poreless primer before and liked that better, but I do love that the luminous one is very hydrating, I use it also on my eye lids and for a subtle highlighting. Don’t know much about make up lol but this is nice for a “no make up” look

Beware: so much glitter!
This is a nice primer but it has soooo much glitter. I don't apply it everywhere in my face, just the areas where I'd put highlighter on. I found that using the poreless primer first in my entire face and then this one just on the cheeks, works well.
