The Pom has been a welcome addition for my wife and I. Dame has hit a home run with the perfect amount of power in a subtle little unit. Unfortunately after a year of use the Pom would not recharge. This is where Dame really stands out. My initial email was replied to in less than 24 hours with a quick and easy to read troubleshoot. After that I was told a replacement Pom was in the mail.
