Directions
Suggested Usage:
-Swivel up only an eighth of an inch (pencil does not retract).
-Apply along lash line as desired.
-For a thinner, more precise application, apply using small, short strokes.
-For a smoky look, draw a thicker line, extending just beyond the outer corner of eyes. Smudge with Eyeliner Brush or cotton swab.
-Replace cap tightly.

smooth to apply, no irritation, stays on all day
Another excellent Clinique eyeliner - smooth to apply, no irritation, stays on all day. This is my go-to eyeliner, I just add different eyeshadow colours over it to tone the black down, give it a slightly different shade and to set it for the day.

Longlasting liner
I got a sample of this and have been very impressed. I usually use a liquid liner for accurate lines but found this lasted all day and my eyes stood out more than with the liquid liner. I need to practice using it more but was very pleased it lasted so long

It has PIGMENT but no PERMANENCE
I purchased this product in May and I was initially impressed with the amount of pigment the liner has, however it does smudge and it is not resistant to sweat or tears. It is definitely NOT WATERPROOF - if this was the vague idea it is trying to portray. Not worth the money.

high impact custom black kajal eye pencil
I purchased this product on the 9/2/17 as it stated that it was smudge proof waterproof and lasts for 12 hours without having to reapply, sorry but it does none of that. I have used Clinique pencils for years ie: quickliner for eyes and intense eyeliner which are much better than this one. I'm so disappointed and feel it's been a waste of money
