Directions
1-2 times per week for 10 minutes.
To apply, gently smooth all over the face.
After use as a mask, remove the excess product. Do not rinse.
Before applying your skincare routine, (morning or night) rinse off the excess product.

Nice and cooling - that's it!
I don't agree with the reviews that say this mask doesn't feel cool, because it definitely does. I bought the full size tub, but used a sample tube first to make sure I could use it OK, and it went cold straight away. However, that is where the affect stopped. I left it on for the full time, and it wasn't uncomfortable. I removed it with a cloth, as suggested, and then did also wash my face in the shower, as I do every morning. The cooling affect was still there, but not as much. But there was no dramatic visible affect, no tightened pores etc. The cool feeling stayed for some time, and as a lady of a certain age, and who suffers with hot flushes, that was really quite nice. So, as a mask, I would bother with it, BUT, if like me you want something to cool you down, it's nice! At least I can use it up rather than dump it I guess.

Try this, it works!
Only by using a sample and seeing the fantastic results, I bought this product. There are so many products in the market making wonderful claims, but, this works! My deep lines either side of nose and mouth, were plumped up my skin felt beautiful! I have sensitive skin, so I am delighted to have a product I can use .
