Directions
Step 1: Draw short strokes in the direction of the natural hair growth with the ultra fine pencil tip.
Step 2: Use the brush to blend, soften, and brush brows into place.
Important: If using with UKLASH's Brow Sculpt, apply the Pencil afterwards once the Sculpt product has set your brows.
