Directions

Body Burner Herbal tea : One to 4 tea bags per day to drink throughout the day.

Infuse in boiling water for 3 minutes.



Energy Tea : One to three tea bags per day to be taken at breakfast and in the mid-afternoon.

To be avoided after 6 PM.

To be infused in boiling water for 3 minutes.
