Product Description

This easy-to-apply tinted self-tan mousse infused with skincare gives you your deepest bronze, fast.



With a wearable tinted guide colour to help with a flawless application, plus Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C & Aloe Vera, the whipped, fluffy foam glides onto skin for a streak-free, ultra-hydrated tan. Once developed, your bronze lasts longer and fades evenly.

Directions

Apply to skin in sweeping motions from head to toe using a tanning mitt. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Shower off guide colour after 1-4hrs, depending on desired end-result. We advise a patch test 24 hours before use. Do not apply on broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes. If reaction occurs, discontinue use/seek medical advice.
WARNING This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin ageing, skin cancer, and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn.

Well, I regretted it immediately. I only tried on a small portion of my body, and whew, I could never be one of the self tan people. Nope. Not for me.

I love how it’s tinted, so you know exactly where it’s going and where you’ve missed. I got so many compliments on my tan— people thought it was real! It’s a great color, and lasts about 1 week. When it started fading, it faded naturally and not splotchy!

The second time I wanted to go a little darker so I did two coats and that made me pretty dark. Some spots looked a little streaky after a few days so I’d recommend using lotion to help moisturize your skin. Overall, I like this product but it is a little splotchy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Self-Tanner [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to love to stay tan by laying out or by use of tanning beds but as I have gotten older, I try to be more careful about taking care of my skin and reducing harmful rays. However, I still feel most confident when I am tan as opposed to being pale. I really like the Tanologist - Tinted Mousse - Dark and found it easy to use and recommend it for anyone who uses self-tanner.

I tried using this on my thigh to test, but I forgot to use gloves. That was my fault. My hands were stained for a couple days. It definitely does what it is intended to do, perhaps it isn't the best fit for me personally. My husband loved it though!

I was very happy with the consistency of it-not greasy and was easy to apply. I also thought the smell was great. The only thing for me that I personally didn’t like was I felt like I was wearing something-that may just be because I am not used to doing it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ok tanning mousse [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the dark tanning mousse by tanology in hopes it delivers a better tan. But it is comparable to all other tanning mousses out there. The smell wasn’t bad, it goes on easily and dries pretty quick, but you are definitely streaked after washing it off after 1-4 hours. I will say the tan lasted longer then any other product I have used.

It has a dark tint to use as a guide to get that streak free glow, and you can decide how tan you want to be. If you want a dark tan leave it on for 4 hours, or if you’re just looking for a light tan try 1-2 hours before washing it off.
