Shiseido The Makeup Eyelash Curler is perfectly contoured for ease of use and beautifully dramatic lashes.

Creates glamorous curls at a stroke on any lashes.

Directions for use: Use Shiseido The Makeup Eyelash Curler on clean lashes before applying mascara. Position with upper frame on top of upper lashes and carefully close so that the upper lashes are held between both frames. Press very gently, avoiding pressure as this may cause damage to lashes.

For a natural-looking finish, curl lashes in three steps, starting from the roots and working outward.

Includes a replacement rubber pad.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful product I purchased this cutler late Dec 2023 as an impulsive purchase item based off the write ups claiming it to be " the best curler ever to grab lashes". I did not need to use it when it arrived, so I put it on my cosmetic shelf with my replacement supplies. I just took it out Apr 2024 to use for the first time and was extremely disappointed. It is by far the worst curler I have ever used, and I have curled my lashes daily for 50 yrs. It's also the most expensive curler I have ever purchased. ☹️ The first challenge is trying to find a comfortable position near the lid or lashes to even begin the curling process without it pinching the skin or incurring discomfort. It takes at least 4 attempts per eye to even curl one eye. The instructions state to curl lashes 3 times, I can barely tolerate completing one. It's impossible to get a comfortable position without making several attempts, and it hurts during these attempts as the design of curler does not conform to the natural curvature of the eyelid, but has a blunt type edge. This makes it difficult to find a comfortable position near the eye without making several attempts. When I contacted customer service, I got the unsupportive corporate reply "per the return policy the product was purchased past a month" even though this product does not have any product expiration dates and was out of the box new in original packaging. Thumbs down on customer service for "non expiration" product returns, and or at least sending a free sample for poor marketing. Lesson learned; do not purchase any promotional products they advertise unless you have used product before, or unless you imminently are going to use it. Save your money on this cutler, is not worth the hype!
