A keeper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a keeper in my sink care. I get blemishes from time to time, mostly at that time of the month, and I notice a real difference using this. I recently stopped using it and the combination of being run down with a cold, and that time of year of eating rubbish too, my skin was showing it, couple of days back on this and it was beautifully clear again.
Only wish would be the option to buy a bigger size.

A great everyday product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the blemish serum for a month now along with the facial wash and love how both feel on my skin.My skin is sensitive and gets quite oily but these products have really helped. It hasn’t totally cleared my skin but has calmed the redness and certainly made me feel optimistic.

Lovely serum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lovely serum that definitely makes breakouts less angry. Sadly for me it hasn’t stopped them flaring up, but I think that’s because mine are hormonal. Feels very light on skin and isn’t drying at all like so many spot treatments.

Not convinced
I've been using this serum for a month now (a full menstrual cycle) alongside the Carbon Star oil from Pai and I'm not sure it's doing much yet. I'm still breaking out. My breakouts are quite painful. And I've actually got more blackheads with that toner/oil combo in the last month, than I have my whole life.
Is my skin purging? I'm also a bit confused as this serum is for preventing congestion but then the Carbon Star oil is supposed to be purifying. I'm going to give it more time, but this is frustrating. I'm trying to reduce hormonal acne, not worsen it.
The quality of the pump is not suitable for the consistency of this product. Maybe the tube of the pump is too wide? It is messy to use and the product doesn't come out very easily.
I really like Pai and I want this to work for me, but I'm yet to be convinced.

Solid Option for Combination and Oily Skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lovely product but just a teeny tiny bit not moisturising enough for my combination skin, which is a shock as we are in the middle of summer. I can't see myself re-ordering this, I think I would sooner order the Back to Life serum (or perhaps both, if money was no object). I ordered the Phaze cleanser at the same time which is excellent. Both products seem to work well together. I love the packaging - it is tactile, calming, elegant, functional and hygienic all at once! On a couple of days I found myself using the Anthemis moisturiser sample I was sent on my cheeks to top up the moisturise. Also I'd like to know why some reviews on Pai's website are dated 2024 - it's rather odd and disingenuine...
