Directions
USAGE
•
Ensure shampoo and conditioner bottle are completely dry.
Remove cap.
Hold bottle with less dominate hand and REFILLABLE POUCH with more
dominate hand.
Place nozzle into the bottle and squeeze from the bottom of the pouch.
Secure cap back on bottle and pouch.
Available in FINE, MEDIUM, THICK and DETOX, in both SHAMPOO and

Thick hair shampoo
Amazing product! With thick hair I always need to shampoo twice and with OUAI I use half the amount of shampoo and get a great lather. OUAI leaves my hair shiny and soft it is the best shampoo I have ever used!

Don’t buy
I was excited to try this that I bought the thick shampoo and conditioner AND the refills. Terrible idea… I hate the way it leaves my hair and now I’m forced to use it because it was so expensive to purchase and I can’t find it in myself to throw away that much money. Truly disappointed. I’ve always used LANZA and had much better results, never complained but I wanted to see what the rave was all about. Truly wish I could return the refills at least. It leaves my hair feeling chalky and oily. I’ve rinsed it out for a long period of time trying to remove the product and I end up with the same results. I will need an actual detox shampoo to help get my hair back to a normal state.

Love this shampoo! Not the packaging
I purchased the refill recently. When it arrived it had leaked shampoo inside I’d the clear bag it came in and in the box. I’m not sure how much product was wasted, but still shouldn’t happen with shipping.

Left my hair feeling like straw
I had been wanting to try Ouai for ages and received samples with an order. I have long, thick hair which is balayage bleached at the ends. The shampoo smelt great and seemed to have some really good ingredients. It lathered well but when washing out, my hair felt so dry, like it had stripped all moisture from my hair. I followed it up with much needed Ouai thick hair conditioner which was insufficient to undo the damage caused by the shampoo and then with the corresponding masque which did assist is restoring my hair. When I dried it, after using leave in conditioner and hair oil, it felt like sandpaper and not even using a conditioning treatment on the ends could save it. I definitely wouldn't purchase, but I think the masque by itself is promising.
