Directions

-Dab onto eyelids and blend out using finger.

The best eye primer

Not A Superfan

Like the product

Bright!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this as a primer before the liquid shadow. Both are easy to use with my fingers then dries quickly and stays all day. I did think it gave a bit of brightness by itself before I added the shadow. The combo gave me 16+ hours of wear.

Oily eyelids
I have oily eyelids and a very hard time finding eye primers that work for me. The urban decay primer potion works but I wanted something with cleaner ingredients. This one did nothing for me. My eyeshadow creased as if I hadn't put on a primer. I love most ilia products but this is a total miss. Now I use the about face eye primer and that one works pretty well for me.
