Apply using a brush or fingers.
For a cleaner application and stronger hold, wet the brush with sprays of Mist & Fix prior to dipping into STAR LIT DIAMOND POWDER.
For water-proof application, wet the brush with AQUA SEAL WATERPROOF LIQUID CONVERTER prior to dipping into STAR LIT DIAMOND POWDER

Beautiful SHADE!
Love this shade and quality of powder! I have an old old OLD version of this that I have coveted for years and used sparingly for fear of it running out. Finally bought this to see if it lives up to what I had - and it does! I didn't love the opening at first, but it's growing on me as I use it more.

Please MUFE I urge you to bring out more color variations under your Star Lit Diamond Powder! This has to be by far the best one on the market but you need more neutral colors and one true BRONZE one like the one you had before these new ones! Please please bring back your old BRONZE tone from 10 years ago! It was more golden toned.
