Directions
How to use :
On eyes & lips
- Put one pump of product on a reusable cotton pad and apply it on one eye, hold it still for a few seconds and swipe to remove
- Repeat the process for the other eye and lips

I really anted to like it…
This is my first time purchasing eye make up remover, I didn’t know what to expect. The reviews I read had indicated this formula recently changed and wasn’t as good. I use a very difficult to remove eyeliner and needed something that would help remove it. I have to use a LOT of this product and I have to smother my eyes with it and let it sit before it will start to remove the eyeliner. And I have to really work at it to get the eyeliner off. It gets the job done…. Eventually

I can't comprehend why you discontinued Sens eyes that worked great, and replaced it with this mediocre makeup remover? WHY ?

Love it!
Love it! Works great and way burns less than the original formula. I do miss the light green color of the cream though. It was easier to see how much I had on my cotton rounds.

New formula is terrible and you know it
New gel formula does not work as well and is just horrible. No we are not applying it wrong. It’s funny how customer service has the same canned answer for every 1 star review. You changed the product to cheaper ingredients and charge more money for it. It’s like the new coke formula scenario. Well I am not buying any of your products until the old formula is brought back for sale. Also looking at the other 5star reviews all happened 10 months ago and are paid advertisement. These are bogus paid reviews used by your company to artificially raise a poor product rating. Get real your new gel product is terrible and no artificial review will change it nor telling smart people they apply it wrong or it does not burn.

Does not work
Bring back the OG formula. This does not breakdown mascara. I have used this for many many years now I am on the lookout for another brand.
