Directions
- Work the texture between your hands.
- Apply Kérastase Resistance Bain Thérapiste Balm-in-Shampoo to wet hair.
- Massage into the hair.
- Rinse off.

Excellent shampoo, leaves hair feeling smooth and shinny. It improves the overall health of my hair. I would usually always follow up with a conditionner, as I have dry damaged hair. However, I don't really need to use it after this shampoo.

It works
When I first started using this I was dubious about the price and thought I didn't notice much difference... however when I went to the hairdresser without telling her I was using this she commented on my hair being healthy and the time before I had to have lots chopped off so I think it does work. I use it as directed i.e. Conditioner first, Shampoo second
