Directions
Place reeds into the oil, then allow 24-36 hours for the fragrance to diffuse for the continuous Scent Surround™ experience. Fragrance will last for around 3-4 months. Your diffuser will come with 10 reeds. Jo Malone London advise using all 10 at once for optimal diffusion.

Great scent but very faint.
We were surprisingly disappointed with this particular diffuser. Although the scent is pleasant, it is very faint. We always purchased the Nectarine Blossom and Honey diffuser but since it is no longer available, we bought this one hoping it would be an adequate replacement.

Lovely smile with no projection
I love the smell of this fragrance along with many of my other Jo Malone products. But something about this formulation doesn't have a very far throw. I use this in my restroom and it barely makes it smell

Unfortunately not fit for purpose
I love Jo Malone products and the Orange Blossom scent is gorgeous, but unfortunately this Reed diffuser doesn't work. I've had 2 of them gifted to me - one for Christmas and the other for my birthday in June, and sadly neither gave off any scent despite my best efforts, turning the reeds etc. I recommend choosing another Jo Malone Reed diffuser - check the reviews, they're usually a good indicator of whether you're going to get any scent out of it.

Did not work
First time buyer here. I purchased this for my office, which is about 9' x3'- not a big one. However, you don't smell the scent unless you pick it up and put it right under your nose. I am very disappointed.

Waste of money. Would not recommend!
If you hold the diffuser up to your nose, the scent itself is pleasant, however I am so disappointed that the diffuse has no throw or sillage. I know that some diffusers take a while to soak up the oil into the reeds, however it has been over 10 days and nothing. No fragrance is present in the room, and apart from being an ornament, I would say this is an absolute waste of money.
