An Essential Purchase
I love, love this product. I use this product daily after my shower. Initially, purchased the body balm after having knee surgery 2y ago, needing sometime to moisturize the area. In addition, I have eczema and my skin is very dry and sensitive, more so in the winter months. I am very cautious about what I put on my skin to avoid irritation. This product is amazing, I have no more dry patches and no itching. The consistency is smooth and creamy. Since I use it at night, I thought it would be greasy and rub off on my sheets, but this is not the case. If you are looking for a great moisturizer, this is the product. My hope is that they will make it in a larger size.

Holy Grail Body Balm???
I've always been curious about trying this and after being on the hunt for a winter staple, I decided to take the plunge. I chose this Balm over the scented JML Cremes because its fragrance is subtle (yet very noticeable) and can be layered under any perfume/cologne. It will never conflict or compete because it's neutral! The texture is creamy causing the consistency to literally melt into your skin. As a result, you are left with a healthy radiance that lasts all day. I suffer with eczema, and this managed to clear up two patches I was dealing with. The Balm does not irritate my skin in any way and after prolonged use my skin literally feels like a baby's butt! Just renewed and soft to the touch. I took off one star because with daily use this will last about 1 month. JML please make this is a bigger size!!!

Best dry skin balm EVER
The second my furnace kicks in my skin drys out. I began using Jo Malone this summer when I received the Orange Blossom.lotion as a gift. When my winter dull itchy skin reappeared I ordered the balm. WoW .... game changer. I will never use any other body lotions. Thank you Jo Malone

Not for me
I bought this with the gel in the hope it would help my dry skin and few spots of eczema. Unfortunately, it makes my skin itchy. I've tried it for two weeks but don't think my skin is going to get used to it. It does smell lovely though. Shame because I have quite a lot left. But I'm so desperate to find non medicated creams that I'll try anything.

Really good balm
Let me preface by saying I am not a 'balm' person. Not even sure how or why I ordered this tbh...I love all the Vitamin E items but prefer the hand cream the most. So I'm confused at what I've done here. Lol That said, this is really nice. I find the texture of it light, creamy (almost whipped but not exactly) not slimy or greasy and it easily spreads & absorbs, but it also makes controlling the amount to use easy. I tend to use this immediately after shaving and when I get a pedi on my heels. My skin is extremely dry and most days use a heavier shea butter lotion, but since the COVID lockdown & it being middle of summer...I switch to a lighter product & this seems to work quite well for me. My face also dried up & broke out due to the hard water that plagues Vegas and this helped soothe the dry patches on my normal combo skin. It never broke me out or turned my face into an oilslick. For me it absorbs quickly - probably bc my skin is alligator dry and doesn't feel greasy in my hands which I hate. There's a light scent that follows it - can't describe - but it's nice to my nose - others may hate it. Giving this 4-tibbons though. Price is a bit higher than what I could reasonable and most likely won't repurchase due to that; but it lasting me a hot-minute, got mine in March & it's still "full." And I mentioned I am not a balm person but this is really nice and I'm glad I have it.

Supremely moisturising
I have had this balm since Christmas & my skin has never looked or felt better! My top tip is to smother your feet with it then put on a pair of cotton socks overnight. Best at home treatment!
