Huge downgrade from Luna 2 for men
I am coming from Luna 2 for men. I am a Foreo devices user for more than 10 years. Here's why I think Luna 4 is a downgrade:
- Bluetooth, app, personal information are all now required before using this device. Is this a car/computer? I'm just trying to clean my face.
- The pulses between face areas which help you move to the next area on your face during the cleaning/massaging process are only available in regular mode. They are not available for deep cleaning or gentle mode. Please fix this.
- The timing for the massage mode can only be increased in full minutes (1, 2, etc.). Half minutes are not available. Please fix this.
- The power button is now on the back of the device. I find this inconvenient.
- While in massage mode, the light at the bottom of the device stays on. This is a waste of battery power. I have the bathroom light on, thank you.
- The app is super confusing, full of stuff that is not needed, etc. Strip down the app and keep essential information only. Also, not very user-friendly.
And to top it all off, there is now a paid subscription option for "extra" modes to be used while using the device. Why? Such a useless feature, yet money-making for the company (if someone is crazy enough to pay for this).
The only things I like: higher vibration levels for both cleaning and massaging modes. And bigger cleaning area with longer, softer bristles.
Overall, this was a bad purchase. And after spending so much on the device, I also had to pay for shipping.

I love this product - have been using it for several months now. At first the price point made me skeptical but so glad I bought it. It’s actually cheaper over time given you don’t need to replace brushes or other items on it. My skin feels cleaner and firmer. The silicone keeps it hygienic and the vibration helps cleanse my skin and get it ready for morning shave. Amazed at how long the battery charge lasts as well. Fits in palm of my hand and I can’t imagine not using it in my shower every morning! Build quality is superb as well.

I wish I had it sooner
It works excellent for my skin and my scalp.
I have oily acne prone skin, I used to use Calrisonic, but I think Foreo is better( smaller, no need to change brushes, gentle).my skin feels softer after every time I use it. Also, I have done hairline transplant surgery recently, I need to gently clean my scalp without scratching in order to protect my new follicle, Foreo is a perfect option for my scalp. It is really gentle but still effective enough to clean!!! I wish I had it sooner!!!

Not worth the price. App is very confusing.
The massage function is hard to use. No much content on the app. App does allow to change the vibrations but doesn’t provide how to properly use to achieve the best results.
