A high-performance dual-phase formula with a unique oil-in serum technology, containing over 7,000 rose micro droplets, offering a dual approach to optimal hydration.
The serum phase delivers skin quenching actives whilst the oil phase has rich soothing properties.

Directions
Use morning and evening. Gently massage 1 to 2 pumps into dry, cleansed skin.

My skin has bloomed!
My skin is dry and often dehydrated, but I have a VERY hard time finding a hyaluronate that my extremely sensitive skin will tolerate. The red algae is doing God's work by locking moisture into my skin before I apply my other products, and I have not had any sensitivity issues since introducing this gorgeous serum into my routine. The scent is heavenly, the texture is silky and absorbs instantly, and my skin looks plump and happy instead of dull and thirsty. I was a little hesitant to buy because I break out at the drop of a hat, but I'm glad I took the plunge!

Awful Serum
I was encouraged to try this serum as an alternative to the 'Hydra Boost Serum' which was discontinued. It dried my skin out, was sticky and just uncomfortable on my skin. Now Elemis are discontinuing the Peptide4 Antioxidant Hydra Serum as well. I can't help feeling discriminated against as a 60 yr old woman with sensitive skin. What has happened to Elemis?

Didn't know how much I loved it until I ran out!
Got this as part of a set. Thought it was 'ok' with a pleasant feeling and scent. I couldn't see much of an effect. BUT I am now running low and can't imagine not using it. I will definitely buy again. Will look for another set with it in.
