Cantu Protective Styles Hair Freshener is formulated with deodorizers, apple cider vinegar, and tea tree & lavender oils to assist with odour that can easily get trapped in braids, wigs and locs. Spray daily or as needed to neutralize unpleasant smells and replace with a fresh clean scent throughout your hair.
Directions
Spray generously into hair after a workout.
Spray on a wig prior to installing.
Spray on braids, twists and locs as needed.
Spray as needed to neutralize odours and extend the life of your protective style. It also acts as a refresher spray on coils and locs in between shampoos.

No Complaints
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the hair refresher after the gym and under extensions. My scalp seems to be easily irritated, but this was gentle and the smell wasn’t harsh. No itchy scalp and I found it to be soothing. I’ve used it multiple times and never had an issue.

Fresh smelling; isn’t last longing though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t a huge fan of the scent of this hair deodorizer. It does work well, definitely helps between washes I just wished it had a different scent. I’d recommend smelling this first to see if you like the smell and then making the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this sample at the perfect time! My hair is currently in braids and I love how this spray works. The first ingredient is water so I know I will be getting some hydration. I know that may not work for all protective styles but for me it serves it's purpose in providing a light refresher with a nice scent. It's not aggressively strong but it does hold a perfume-y scent. I do wash my braids so I know frizz is part of the process keeping braids for some time but I like this for those in between times iykyk!
