Redness, Dryness, Scaling
I would not recommend this product! Within a couple times of using this product, the skin around my eyes turned red, became puffy, dried right out and the skin began to scale. The skin around the eyes was sensitive to touch and burned if you applied anything to it. The skin was tight around the eye and I was looking for a reprieve but nothing helped. It almost appeared as if I had a chemical burn. I discontinued use obviously for a few weeks. To ensure it was the product and not just a coincidence, I tried again weeks later. Unfortunately, the same thing happened If you are considering buying this cream, because of the high price tag attached to it, I would strongly recommend getting your hands on a sample first to ensure you don't spend $100 on a cream that aren't able to use because of irritation to the skin. This is the second time I have had this happen with Estee Lauder eye cream. The first time was when they used to have the Pomegranate eye jelly. I had the same reaction. The worst part is that it takes over 1 week to clear up! Do your research first!

Chemical burn
Ido not recommend this product, I wasn't sure if this product caused my under eye skin irritation so I tried one more time and sure enough this product burn my skin. After reading the reviews I noticed I am not alone. Please revise this product and ingredients, better yet remove it from all stores, reimburse me for my dermatology bills.

i want to love this so bad
this does a great job of making your skin lighter under your eyes, but it also has the tendency to dry out your skin. because of this, i started using it once or twice a week instead of daily, which seemed to help! only now, anytime i use it my skin around my eyes actually burn. i found myself holding ice to my eyes one at a time to try to get some relief. i want recommend that people at least try it, but i have reservations due to my reaction to it.

Redness, Scaling, Itching
I struggled for weeks trying to figure out the culprit to my new found issues with my under eyes. Very similar to eczema: itching; redness, scaling, swelling. It seemed as though I was developing an allergy to something. After deduction of products and changing my regimen, I realize it's the under eye cream. It's actually burning my skin. It's absolutely awful. I do not recommend this product to anyone and wish I had read these reviews sooner.

Looked like chemical burn
I'm a decades long EL customer and fan. I do not have sensitive skin and have loved all other products from EL I've used and will continue to use all others. However, this eye cream left what looked like chemical burns on my skin. I didn't realize at first what had done it and once cleared up tried it again, but it was definitely this. And now reading other reviews there are many others that have experienced similarly. I now have two full size jars of this that will be thrown out. The healing process took over a week each time. Be aware if you try this one.

Do not buy. Damages skin.
I am a loyal and avid user of Estée Lauder's cremes and typically have had great results... better than other brands so have stuck with this for years. However, this product damages the under eye skin and I'm now just seeing other reviews (wish I read them first) but hoping the company takes these reviews seriously to adjust the product. First time I used it, after a shirt few nights I developed what felt like a paper cut on the skin below my eye which was extremely painful. I stopped using it thinking I must have scratched myself so used Vaseline to help it heal. Once healed I went back to using it and had same issue, plus the skin around became scaly and dry. Truly a painful and clearly damaging to the skin. Hoping they take the product offline. The other creams, across any lines I'd highly recommend - but this just needs to be pulled off market.

I purchased the Advanced Night Repair serum and this eye cream came as a gift with its. i used this Eye Cream from EsteeLauder with high hopes, only to be sorely disappointed. Despite not having sensitive skin, this eye cream turned out to be the worst product I've ever used. Initially drawn to its promises of wonders, I found it to be overpriced and underwhelming.Within just two weeks of use, it began to burn my under eyes, leaving them rough and irritated. Concerned, I sought advice from beauty advisors who suggested discontinuing use immediately. My disappointment only grew when I learned that my experience wasn't unique; even my mother, who also tried it, faced similar discomfort after a month of use.It's disheartening to invest in a supposedly luxurious product, only to encounter such poor quality and adverse reactions. Whether it's a flaw in formulation or simply not suitable for sensitive areas like the under eyes, the result remains the same: a regrettable purchase and a warning to others considering this eye cream.In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Cream based on my experience and urge others to proceed with caution, especially if they have sensitive skin.

Worst overpriced undereye creme from
Left me with burnt undereyes
Let me start by saying I DO NOT HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN. Next id like to say this is the worst undereye creme i have ever tried and the most pricey one iv purchased. I started using this undereye creme a few months back. and just after a couple of uses i noticed that my undereye was very dry and flakey... i thought hmm maybe i just need more moisturizing... than that dry and flakey turned into a burning sensation with a rash... that eventually turned my undereyes darker with more creasing. I had started using this to begin with as a preventative measure as i just turned 30... i did NOTTTT have dark undereyes. i stopped using it thinking maybe i just need a break... maybe its because i use it in the AM and i eventually put makeup on... ( creme is fully dried before i use my makeup) I waited a few weeks before trying it again ONLY AT NIGHT... that way there wasnt too many chemicals mixing... this last time i used it was the last time ill ever use it... I instantly felt a burning sensation as i applied it.. i used a cold cotton pad to remove it. but i woke up with the worst swelling and skin rash (almost like blisters) iv ever endured... I had to get on a steroid medication to calm it.. a week worth of pills over undereye creme. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT... I WOULD NOT WISH THIS PAIN ON MY ENEMY. I WISH I COULD RETURN IT... BUT ITS WAY PAST THE DEADLINE. NEVER AGAIN.
